Job summary

Allelys is looking for a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex transport and installation projects in the UK. You will plan, coordinate and manage activities from award to completion, ensuring safety, programme, and budget adherence.

You will act as the primary contact for customers during execution, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to maintain high service levels and strong relationships across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in specialist transport, heavy haulage or heavy lifting sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Collaborative, accountable and proactive in a team environment.
• Flexible to changing project requirements and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all project activities from contract award to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and milestones.
• Act as the primary customer contact during execution and coordinate with engineering and operations.
• Lead internal project kickoff meetings to share key information with teams.
• Attend site visits with relevant departments to capture data for RAMS and project records.
• Coordinate permits (transportation and marine) to support delivery of projects.
• Ensure RAMS and other safety documentation are produced and maintained.
