Job summary

He Space seeks a Project Controller to join the Project Control team in Harwell, United Kingdom. You will support identified managers on cost, schedule, risks, and project governance while coordinating procurements and ensuring financial controls in a high-velocity aerospace environment.

The role requires an advanced MS Office skill set, English fluency, and experience with SAP ECC/SRM and ESA corporate applications. Collaboration with Finance, Procurement, and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Advanced MS Office and Excel skills required.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SRM modules is valuable.
• Familiarity with ESA corporate applications (e.g. ESA-p) is an asset.
• Ability to interact with Finance, Procurement, and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers on cost, schedule, risk, and governance.
• Oversee procurement activities from tendering to contract closure.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards on project status, outlook and actions.
• Coordinate with multiple interfaces for decision support and negotiations.
• Maintain risk and opportunities registers and deliver KPI reports.
