Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking an exceptional Programme Controls Lead in Harlow to guide enterprise controls maturity, drive best practices, and build trusted relationships across Mission Areas and Programme Leadership Teams. You will shape the Programme Controls & BI strategy and deliver governance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Controls SME with deep knowledge of scheduling and controls.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams, deliver through others and raise standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Power BI, Power Query and MS Office applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and programme metrics.
• Eligible for or holder of current SC security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Enterprise Controls and BI capabilities, including dashboards and Connected Planning solutions.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the Programme Controls community.
• Advise Programme Leadership Teams on tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Provide best practice support for bids, start-up activities, independent reviews, and major re-baselines to ensure programmes are RLPM compliant.
• Partner with the Head of Programme Controls to share best practice and deliver new capabilities and innovations.
• Mentor and coach Programme Controls professionals and contribute to internal training and certification.
• Identify opportunities to improve programme performance and drive the adoption of best practice.
