Job summary

Conrad Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Architect for a lead role in our London team, delivering Education sector schemes from concept through to completion while guiding in-house staff and external sub-consultants.

ARBR/RIBA Chartered status with 5+ years post-qualification, and a strong track record on secondary schools within the DfE framework, are essential, as is excellent client liaison and knowledge of UK legislation.

Qualifications

• Must be ARB/RIBA Chartered with solid post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record delivering Education sector projects, especially Secondary Schools.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development from concept to completed project.
• Manage in-house architectural team and external design consultants.
• Liaise with clients and contractors, ensuring compliance with DfE requirements.
