Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead education projects in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on delivering design delivery, technical excellence, and client engagement across all RIBA stages within a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will have ARB registration with RIBA Chartered Membership, substantial UK PQE in education schemes, and strong Revit/BIM capabilities to coordinate design information and deliver construction-ready packages.

Qualifications

ARB-registered architect with RIBA chartered status or working towards chartered status.
Significant post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice environment.
Proven experience acting as a Project Architect and leading education-sector projects.
Strong knowledge of the RIBA Plan of Work across all stages and strong BIM delivery.

Responsibilities

Act as Project Architect and lead day-to-day delivery of education projects across all RIBA stages.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets, resources and stakeholder engagement.
Lead BIM and digital design coordination to ensure integrated outputs and compliance with regulations.
Prepare design proposals, planning submissions and construction documentation.
