Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking a Project Architect to lead the design and development of education schemes in London, delivering projects from concept through to completion. You will manage an in-house team and coordinate with external sub-consultants, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with UK regulations.

The role requires Chartered Architect status, at least 5 years post-qualification experience in education projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide junior

Qualifications

• AR/MRIBA Chartered Architect required.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Education sector essential.
• Recent DoE Schools experience on the current DfE Contractors Framework 21 preferred.
• Proven secondary school project experience.
• Strong client-facing communication and CEM process experience.
• Experience with contractor teams on the DfE High Value Band.
• Hand-drawing/sketching skills advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence required.
