Cognesense, a global environmental technology leader, is seeking a Production Manager to lead production, engineering or assembly teams and drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Commercial to meet customer commitments safely and efficiently.

The role requires proven leadership, experience with ERP/MRP systems and Lean or Six Sigma, and a track record in engineered-to-order manufacturing.

Formación

• Proven leadership in production/engineering or assembly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop production teams to create a high-performing culture.
• Drive operational excellence across PQVC (People, Quality, Velocity, Cost).
• Ensure production plans meet customer requirements using data and metrics.
• Manage resources, capacity and priorities effectively.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Commercial teams to improve performance.
• Take ownership and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor performance data and use insights to drive improvements.
