Cognesense, a global environmental technology leader, is seeking a Production Manager to lead production, engineering or assembly teams and drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Commercial to meet customer commitments safely and efficiently.

The role requires proven leadership, experience with ERP/MRP systems and Lean or Six Sigma, and a track record in engineered-to-order manufacturing.

At Pyroban we provide explosion protection solutions and safety conversions for industrial equipment, such as diesel engines and forklift trucks, operating in hazardous areas where flammable gases, vapors, or combustible dusts are present.

We are now looking for a Production Manager, who has proven leadership experience in production, engineering or assembly, strong coaching and stakeholder skills, and a track record of measurable continuous improvement. Experience with ERP/MRP systems, Lean or Six Sigma, engineered-to-order manufacturing, or business transformation is highly desirable.

The role will work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Commercial teams to ensure customer commitments are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop production teams to create a positive, accountable and high-performing culture, ensuring that continuous improvement and problem-solving are embedded into everyday activities.
• Drive operational excellence across People, Quality, Velocity and Cost (PQVC).
• Ensure production plans are achieved to meet customer requirements, using data and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• Manage resources, capacity and operational priorities effectively.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Commercial teams to improve overall business performance.
• Support business transformation, operational improvement and change initiatives, challenging existing processes constructively and positively
• Take ownership and accountability for results.
• Monitor performance data and use insights to drive operational improvements.
