Fluence is accelerating the energy transition with intelligent energy storage and optimization software. We seek a Senior Product Manager, Power Conversion Systems (PCS) to shape the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of key PCS products within our storage portfolio.

You will partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, and regional teams to deliver competitive, high-performing products that meet evolving customer needs and market demands, while aligning with Fluence's long-term

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Systems, or related discipline.
• Significant experience in Product Management within power electronics or energy storage.
• Strong understanding of PCS technologies and commercial drivers.
• Proven ability to translate customer/market needs into product strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Own global PCS product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management.
• Define priorities based on customer needs, market trends, and technology developments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and regional teams.
• Translate requirements into clear product requirements and development priorities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across global orgs.
