Job summary

RELEX Solutions is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to join the Merchandising team. You will work with the central engineering group and customer operations, delivering production models and live deployments for European retailers.

You will own technical delivery end to end, instrument deployments, and translate technical work into measurable business value while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building software in production environments.
• Strong system design, observability and hypothesis-driven development skills.
• Ability to build integrations and operate across full-stack systems.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery end to end from discovery through go-live.
• Prove value by instrumenting deployments and measuring outcomes.
• Own the technical customer relationship and challenge requirements.
• Feed product with field gaps and prototyped solutions.
• Build customer self-sufficiency via knowledge transfer.
• Grow the account by surfacing adjacent use cases and capabilities.
• Support commercial activity with feasibility proofs and technical demos.
