Job summary
Immersive Labs in the UK seeks a Lead Product Designer - Platform Experiences to craft a connected, intuitive platform that simplifies complex workflows and turns insights into action.
You will own product problems from discovery through delivery, partner with Product and Engineering, and push the design system forward with object-oriented UX and AI-driven patterns designed for scalable enterprise cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in product or UX design for complex SaaS enterprise environments.
- Experience designing for AI-powered features, intelligent automation, or AI-native products.
- Ability to lead design direction across complex products while remaining hands-on.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of thoughtful, high-quality and scalable product experiences from strategy to delivery.
- Pioneer integration of intelligent automation and generative AI into user flows.
- Translate complex cybersecurity data into intuitive interfaces for investigation and response.
- Collaborate with researchers to ground design decisions in data and insights.
- Champion Object-Oriented UX (OOUX) to create reusable components and workflows.
- Govern and evolve the design system for cross-product consistency and accessibility.
- Leverage analytics and user feedback to inform priorities and measure impact.
- Work with engineering to ensure scalable implementation of features.
