Job summary

Immersive is seeking a Lead Product Designer for AI Security & Agentic Experiences based in the UK. You will own end-to-end product design, shape governance for Immersive One and drive scalable, data-driven design across teams.

You’ll partner with product, engineering and research to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into intuitive interfaces, champion OOUX and intelligent automation, and help create reusable design systems that travel across the platform. Remote/hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product or UX design within complex SaaS enterprise environments.
• Experience designing AI-powered features, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows.
• Strong ability to translate complex cybersecurity data into intuitive interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of thoughtful, high-quality and scalable product experiences from discovery to delivery.
• Pioneer integration of intelligent automation and AI into user flows to boost efficiency and decision speed.
• Transform technical cybersecurity data into clear interfaces for investigation and response.
• Collaborate with research to ground design decisions in data.
• Champion Object-Oriented UX (OOUX) to create reusable components and workflows.
• Govern the evolution of the design system for cross-product consistency and accessibility.
• Inform priorities using customer insights and success metrics.
• Partner with engineering to ensure scalable implementation of features.
