Job summary

Immersive in the UK is seeking a Lead Product Designer for Platform Experiences. You will shape a connected, intuitive platform across complex workflows, championing information architecture and end‑to‑end journeys.

You’ll raise the design bar and influence how we work as a team, guiding decisions with research, data and clear reasoning. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to deliver AI-enabled, scalable experiences, balancing business goals with user needs and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product or UX design for complex SaaS enterprise environments.
• Experience designing for AI-powered features and intelligent automation is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering, and research teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of scalable product experiences from concept to detailed design.
• Pioneer integration of intelligent automation and generative AI into user flows.
• Translate complex cybersecurity data into clear, intuitive interfaces for investigations and actions.
• Collaborate with research to ground decisions in data and insights.
• Champion Object‑Oriented UX (OOUX) and drive a reusable component library.
• Govern the design system for cross‑product consistency, accessibility, and adaptability.
• Leverage customer insights and success metrics to guide priorities and measure impact.
• Work with engineering to ensure thoughtful, scalable implementation of features.
