Job summary

Immersive Labs is seeking a Lead Product Designer for AI Security & Agentic Experiences in the UK, with remote work options. You will shape experiences for governing and securing AI within Immersive One, guiding end‑to‑end journeys, information architecture and scalable design patterns.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Research, champion OO UX, and drive measurable outcomes while advancing a design system that supports AI-driven decisions at scale.

Lead Product Designer -AI Security & Agentic Experiences- UK (Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced, customer-centric and data-driven individual to join our Product team as a Lead Product Designer - AI Security & Agentic Experiences based out of the UK.

You will help shape new experiences for governing, assessing and securing AI, an emerging space where we're tackling new problems and helping organisations adopt AI with confidence.

Beyond the product, you'll help shape how we work as a design team, raising the quality of our thinking, craft and collaboration.

As an advocate for Product Design excellence within Immersive, you will shape the next generation of AI-powered and agentic experiences within our enterprise cybersecurity platform, Immersive One. You'll help design intelligent, trustworthy workflows that bring together human expertise, AI-assisted decision-making, and increasingly autonomous capabilities.

Reporting to the Director of Product Design, you’ll own product problems from early discovery and definition through to validation, detailed design, delivery and iteration. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering, using research, data and strong product judgement to shape experiences that work for customers and the wider platform.

This is a role for someone who thinks beyond individual screens — considering end-to-end journeys, information architecture, workflows, reusable patterns and how decisions scale across a complex B2B product.

You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our products, designing flexible, intelligent frameworks rooted in object-oriented thinking and guided by customer and user feedback and research. Your product output will drive measurable business outcomes that shape the evolution of our design system to define how cyber resilience comes to life across the Immersive One platform.

Our most successful product designers here bring a potent mix of strategic vision, user empathy, and analytical rigor to their work, while constantly expanding their knowledge through cross-team collaboration. You are the sparring partner for the Product Managers and Engineering teams with a close eye for scalability and commerciality - a true consultant who brings both research and evidence to the table and is able to articulate the ‘Why’ to validate design decisions through experimentation, metrics, and real-world usage.

As the most senior individual contributor in the team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Lead the design of thoughtful, high-quality and scalable product experiences, from defining the right approach through prototyping, validation and detailed design execution.
• Pioneer the integration of intelligent automation and generative AI into user flows to dramatically boost efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making speed.
• Transform complex, technical cybersecurity data into clear, intuitive user interfaces that facilitate effective investigation, analysis, and response.
• Partner closely with research teams to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights, grounding all design decisions in solid data.
• Champion Object-Oriented UX (OOUX) to create reusable components and streamlined workflows aligned with core platform entities.
• Govern the evolution of our design system to guarantee cross-product consistency, accessibility, and intelligent adaptability.
• Leverage customer insights, behavioural analytics and success metrics to inform product priorities, guide design decisions and measure the real-world impact of our solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering partners to ensure the thoughtful, consistent, and scalable implementation of all product features.

• Extensive experience in product or UX design, particularly within complex SaaS enterprise, data-driven, and platform environments. Ideally, you have worked on AI-powered features, intelligent automation, agentic workflows, or AI-native products
• Demonstrated track record designing for complex enterprise UX – ideally B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, developer tools, infrastructure, or technical platforms.
• Experience shaping design direction across complex products, making informed design decisions, bringing others along and remaining hands‑on in execution.
• Exceptional collaboration skills to strategically partner with product, engineering, and research to align design outcomes with core business and user objectives.
• Expertise in systems thinking, sophisticated interaction design, and establishing robust, data-connected workflows.
• Comfortable using emerging AI tools and rapidly testing ideas with Product and Engineering.
• Familiarity with or a strong interest in Object-Oriented UX (OOUX), advanced information architecture, and data modeling principles.
• Ability to define, track, and analyze success metrics to measure the tangible impact and effectiveness of design solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to influence and align diverse, senior-level stakeholders We are looking for our Product Designer to be based in the UK, and we offer both remote and hybrid working options.
