The Role: Lead Product Designer

As a Lead Product Designer, you will shape exceptional digital experiences impacting millions globally. You will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of product design, transforming complex problems into user-centric solutions. Partnering with Product, Engineering, and other teams, you will lead influence, mentor, and design with precision.

This managerial role involves mentoring multiple designers and being a hands-on contributor—ready to step into the design process when needed. You will build and scale top-tier design solutions, foster a strong design culture, and make a lasting impact on global work practices.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead, Inspire & Empower: Mentor designers, foster innovation, and attract top talent.
  2. Shape & Innovate: Set design vision, analyze user behavior, and collaborate on strategy.
  3. Own & Deliver: Manage end-to-end design processes, ensure quality, and partner with developers for flawless execution.
  4. Align & Influence: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders, advocate for user-centered design, and drive company strategy.
What You Bring
Must-Haves
  • 7+ years of product design experience in fast-paced environments.
  • 2+ years leading design teams in high-growth companies.
  • Experience in Payroll, HRTech, or similar platforms.
  • Strong UX and UI skills, with expertise in design systems.
  • Leadership skills with a people-first approach.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and ship high-quality products.
  • Excellent collaboration and storytelling skills.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Degree in Design, HCI, or related fields.
  • Experience in regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of motion design, accessibility, front-end frameworks.
Location

Candidates must be based in EMEA or LATAM.
