About The Role

As a result of our success and growth, we are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join us, reporting to our Head of Product Design. Your key responsibility will be to unify and elevate design standards across all squads and lead innovation in our verification and security services. You will focus on revolutionizing our verification methods, considering the needs of our brands in the UK, US, and other global markets.

Responsibilities Include

• Work closely with your squad, especially engineers, to build and improve products
• Communicate with external stakeholders, run workshops, and confidently share your ideas
• Mentor other designers and share best practices
• Provide feedback to teammates across squads, including designers, product managers, and engineers
• Lead refinement sessions with your squad
• Support other designers and areas needing improvement across the company
• Promote the value of squad-based design to peers and leadership
• Contribute to the Design Guild's culture through participation and planning of team ceremonies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer
• Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, yet ambitious tech environment
• Strong proficiency with Figma
• Interest in the future of UX/UI and a willingness to enhance your skills
• A passion for Content Design principles
• A growth mindset
• Strong UI skills
• Excellent collaboration experience
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Understanding of how Design-aided AI tools fit into the design process
