Overview

We're hiring for a Lead Product Designer! You will play a crucial role in driving exceptional design solutions that impact our clients' business and customers positively. You'll be responsible for collaborating within a highly driven team to solve real customer problems, produce flawless designs, and champion Experience Design thinking to support our long-term client partnerships. Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

• Create meaningful work to positively impact our client's business and customers.
• Collaborate with delivery, product, and strategy teams to scope projects and deliverables.
• Engage in short sprint like engagements to uncover problems and craft potential solutions.
• Map end-to-end experiences.
• Deliver highly crafted designs, features, and flows.
• Validate designs through research and iterate based on findings.
• Present work confidently to a variety of stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Championing and applying accessibility and inclusive design approaches.

Qualifications

Skills we're looking for:

• Warm and empathetic, with the gravitas to lead by influence.
• Credible, capable of supportively challenging clients to enhance their operations.
• Commercial mindset, adept in supporting new business efforts.
• Excellent communicator and storyteller, both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to create and maintain design systems, with a focus on inclusive design and accessibility.
