Job summary

Insight Select Limited’s Private Client team in London seeks a Senior Private Client Solicitor (Contentious Trusts & Probate) with 6+ PQE to lead a busy caseload and mentor junior lawyers.

You will manage complex disputes, supervise a small team, and contribute to strategic growth within a respected private client practice. A commercial, client-focused approach and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years’ PQE in Contentious Trusts & Probate
• Strong experience managing complex disputes independently
• Excellent client care and relationship management skills
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Commercial and proactive approach to practice development
• Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy and collaborative environment
• Compassionate and professional approach with sensitive client matters

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of contentious private client matters and lead on complex disputes
