Job summary

Streathers Daynes Smith LLP in Islington seeks a Senior Associate Solicitor to lead the Private Client Department’s Contentious Trusts & Probate team. You will oversee the team, manage a varied caseload for executors, trustees and beneficiaries, and drive high-quality client service and business development.

Requirements include at least six years’ private client disputes experience, proven leadership, excellent client-handling and communication skills, and a 2:1 or 1st class degree.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years’ experience in private client disputes.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent client-facing skills and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Contentious Trusts & Probate team.
• Manage and delegate caseloads; support and mentor juniors.
