Job summary

Employment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to lead the end-to-end systems engineering lifecycle on complex, regulated projects. You will define architectures, capture requirements and work across mechanical, electrical and software teams to deliver robust solutions.

You should have experience in nuclear, defence or aerospace sectors, strong systems thinking and a track record of ensuring safety, compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated sectors (nuclear/defence/aerospace) handling complex systems.
• Strong ability to define architectures and manage interfaces.
• Proven track record in delivering safe, compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities through concept to commissioning.
• Capture and manage system requirements with full traceability.
• Develop architectures, models and interfaces using established methods.
• Support integration, verification, validation and safety case activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives.
