Employment Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join an innovative engineering business delivering complex projects within highly regulated industries. This role suits someone who thrives on solving complex engineering challenges and working across multidisciplinary teams.

You will work across the full lifecycle from concept through to commissioning, capturing and analysing requirements, developing architectures and interfaces, and supporting verification, validation

Qualifications

• Experience in systems engineering across the full project lifecycle.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as nuclear/defence/aerospace preferred.
• Strong requirements management and traceability skills.
• Ability to collaborate across mechanical, electrical and software disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle, from concept to commissioning.
• Capture, analyse and manage system and stakeholder requirements with full traceability to verification.
• Develop and maintain system architectures, functional models and interfaces.
• Support multidisciplinary integration, verification, validation and safety-case activities.
