You will set long-term direction for AI agents, tooling, and supporting systems, ensuring the platform is adopted across teams and drives faster, more reliable engineering.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and shipping an internal developer platform.
• Lead agentic or AI-assisted development used by engineers daily.
• Real backend engineering depth with production systems; Java or C# preferred.
• Experience rolling out platform tooling to 20-30+ developers.
