Qualificações

• Full-stack engineer capable of end-to-end delivery, with strength on either front-end or back-end and ability to close gaps quickly.
• Ability to explain and defend architectural trade-offs instead of blindly assembling AI outputs.
• Product-focused with direct customer impact, shipping well-rated products and prioritizing customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Become a fully ramped core contributor within your first 3 months, owning meaningful parts of a product domain.
• Architect and deliver end-to-end features that significantly enhance member journeys, ensuring seamless, resilient, and clinically safe experiences.
• Introduce and champion AI-first workflows to automate 80% of repetitive tasks, focusing on system design and outcomes.
• Drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces, surface context and intent, and provide direct, honest feedback.
• Lead reliability and quality initiatives to ensure member-facing systems are robust and scalable for growth.
• Influence and mentor other engineers, raising the bar for technical excellence and customer-centricity.
