Neko Health AB is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to help build the Medical OS platform that powers every Neko visit. You will own end-to-end delivery across frontend, backend and AI components, collaborating with clinicians to ensure products are robust, scalable and user friendly.

Qualifications

• Full-stack development across front-end and back-end, able to lead end-to-end delivery.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and trade-offs.
• Product-minded with a track record of shipping customer-ready products.
• Demonstrable AI-first approach and experience integrating AI into the product.

Responsibilities

• Ship AI-native clinical workflows end-to-end across the stack with clinician as decision-maker.
• Build the clinician-in-the-loop flywheel to improve efficiency and care.
• Engage with clinicians and members in clinics to learn and ship product.
