Neulinx, partnering with a growing AI-powered SaaS company, is hiring a Principal Engineer who will own architecture and drive engineering decisions across software, cloud, and DevOps. This senior IC role emphasizes hands-on leadership without people management.

You'll work across frontend and backend stacks, enhance AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability, while mentoring engineers and shaping technical direction.

Formación

• Extensive experience as Principal/Staff/Lead Engineer, Ideally in startups or scale-ups.
• Primary technical engineer on complex products or platforms.
• Strong software architecture, backend engineering and distributed systems.
• Hands-on AWS, infrastructure and DevOps expertise.
• Experience across multiple languages, databases and services.
• Proficient with AI-assisted coding tools and modern AI-native development.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and scale complex, production-grade systems.
• Own features, services, and architectural decisions.
• Work across backend services, APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Improve AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, deployment processes and reliability.
• Drive observability, security, performance, and standards.
• Modernise legacy systems and simplify architectures.
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate development and productivity.
