Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking a Lead Pricing & Monetization Analyst to join the GTM Analytics team in Edinburgh. The role blends advanced statistical modeling with strategic GTM execution in a B2B SaaS environment.

You will analyze the revenue engine, refine pricing architecture, and monetize strategies to maximize commercial impact, partnering cross-functionally across the commercial org and data teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving strategic GTM initiatives.
• Fluent in SQL and R/Python.
• Experience with regression models, clustering, and propensity modelling.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience explaining complex solutions to non-technical audiences and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Pricing & Monetization Analytics: Partner with product and commercial leadership to evaluate pricing and packaging strategies, analyzing discount behaviors and tracking the financial performance of new monetization initiatives.
• Advanced Statistical Analysis: Design and execute complex analyses, including cohort analysis, customer segmentation (clustering), and predictive modeling to identify growth levers.
• Tool & Capability Development: Build and scale our analytics infrastructure, developing proprietary solutions in R/Python and integrating them into our data stack.
• Stakeholder Influence: Provide actionable insights to collaborate with, and influence stakeholders in making data informed decisions and drive data literacy around GTM optimization.
• Scalable Reporting: Architect intuitive dashboards in Looker that provide actionable insights for stakeholders from Commercial Ops to executive leadership.
• Data Engineering Collaboration: Work with data engineering using dbt to ensure GTM data pipelines are robust and analyst-ready.
