Qualifications

Pricing-focused analytical background in insurance pricing or related field.
Proficient in SAS, R, Python or similar programming languages.
Experience with predictive modelling (GLMs/GBMs) and ML methods.
Experience leading or mentoring teams.
Strong communication, translating insights to business impact.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of end-to-end pricing activity, from analysis to live rate deployment.
Lead and develop a talented pricing team.
Use advanced modelling and data science techniques to unlock opportunities.
Shape competition by blending market insight, performance data and commercial judgement.
