Job summary

Ageas is seeking a Lead Risk Pricing Analyst for Non-Standard Motor, covering Specialist Car, Van and Bike. This hybrid London-based role starts ASAP and offers flexible working options, including part-time or job-share arrangements.

You will own end-to-end pricing, lead a team, and apply advanced modelling to unlock opportunities while collaborating with senior leaders to shape pricing strategy.

Qualifications

• Background in insurance pricing or similar analytical field.
• Strong programming skills (SAS, R, Python or similar).
• Experience with predictive modelling techniques (GLMs, GBMs, ML).
• Confidence with Emblem and Radar tooling.
• Ability to link insight to business impact and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end pricing activity for Non-Standard Motor products.
• Lead and develop a pricing team to high performance.
• Apply advanced modelling to uncover opportunities in Specialist Car, Van and Bike.
• Blend market insight with performance data and commercial judgement.
• Partner with senior leaders to guide pricing direction.
• Evolve pricing capability, tools and approaches.
