Job summary

Melksham Oak Community School is seeking a Lead Practitioner to raise standards in English, Mathematics or Science. You will work with SLT and curriculum leaders to implement targeted interventions and analysis of pupil data, delivering high-impact provision before/after school and supporting colleagues to drive sustained progress.

The role requires strong organisational and leadership abilities, with a commitment to inclusive education and high expectations for all students.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, business management or professional services leadership.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, health and safety, facilities, finance or administrative functions.
• Excellent organisational, planning and project management skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proactive, solution-focused approach and willingness to lead change.
