Job summary

Cornerstone in Buckie is seeking an experienced Lead Practitioner to lead a team of Support Practitioners. The role is available on a part-time (25 or 30 hours) or full-time (39 hours) basis, with permanent status.

You will mentor staff, ensure high-quality, person-centred care and help manage services within agreed budgets. You should have experience in managing people, a strong knowledge of Health & Social Care standards, and a commitment to professional development including SVQ7 and PDA in

Qualifications

Experience of managing people in Health & Social Care settings.
Knowledge of running an effective service in Health & Social Care.
Passion for delivering high quality, person-centred care.
Understanding of SSSC Codes of Practice and Health & Social Care Standards.
Ability to build positive relationships with supported individuals, families and stakeholders.
Ability to lead others and work collaboratively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment to SVQ7 and PDA in supervision (if not already attained).

Responsibilities
