Cornerstone in Perth is seeking an experienced Lead Practitioner for a part-time role (20 hours per week) in Health & Social Care. You will lead and support teams of Support Practitioners, ensuring high quality, person-centred care and compliance with budgets and contracts.

The post requires strong leadership, rota management, and a commitment to SVQ SCQF Level 7 and PDA in Health & Social Care Supervision; driving licence preferred but not essential.
