Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking an experienced Lead Practitioner to oversee a team of Support Practitioners in North Ayrshire. You will lead, mentor and develop staff, ensuring delivery of high quality, person-centred care within agreed budgets and contractual requirements.

A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required, with travel expenses reimbursed. The role involves shift patterns across 5 days, with on-call duties and potential evenings or weekends to meet service needs.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing people in Health & Social Care settings.
• Knowledge of delivering high quality, person-centred care.
• Understanding of SSSC Codes of Practice and Health & Social Care Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Support Practitioners to deliver high quality care.
• Manage service delivery within agreed budgets and contractual requirements.
