Job summary

Turning Point Scotland is seeking a Lead Practitioner in Homelessness & Prevention to support service users moving into settled homes, with a focus on trauma-informed, person-centred care. Based in the Dumfries, Lockerbie and Annan area, this full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £28,255–£31,777 and requires a valid UK driving licence and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Support service users as they move into their permanent home
• Help service users attend health, benefits appointments and court appearances
• Build positive working relationships with partner agencies across housing, health, substance use and criminal justice
• Provide practical and emotional support, champion harm reduction and respect choices
