Job summary

Turning Point Scotland is seeking a Support Practitioner in Glasgow to help provide personalised care to adults with complex mental health needs. The role supports individuals 1:1 or in small teams in the Glasgow area, including evenings, weekends, and potential sleepovers.

Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with a permanent contract and a salary of £25,878–£26,931 per year. The successful candidate will join the Glasgow Mental Health & Huntington's Service, based at The Circle in

Qualifications

• No previous working experience is needed; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to adults with a wide range of needs, 1:1 or in a team setting.
• Help individuals to achieve personal outcomes in daily life, including safety, meaningful activities and community involvement.
• Be flexible to work evenings and weekends on a rotational basis; sleepovers may be required with financial rewards.
