Turning Point Scotland is recruiting a Lead Practitioner for the Fife Support Service, based at the Dunfermline Office with outreach across Fife. The role focuses on Housing First and homelessness prevention, offering a permanent contract and both full-time and part-time options.

You will work with individuals with complex needs, liaise with local authorities to secure tenancy, support life skills, and empower clients to maintain independent housing within the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care or homelessness support is advantageous but training is provided.
• Ability to work with individuals with complex needs and provide practical and emotional support.
• Willingness to engage with local authorities and housing providers to secure tenancy.

Responsabilités

• Work with individuals with complex needs to achieve personal outcomes and maintain daily living.
• Liaise with local authorities and housing associations to help secure permanent tenancy.
• Provide life skills coaching to sustain tenancy and promote independence.
• Engage with the community and external professionals to support client growth.
