Job summary

The White Horse Federation seeks a Lead Practitioner Raising Standards at Melksham Oak Community School to drive excellence in English, Mathematics or Science. You will work with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure high-quality curriculum delivery, robust assessment practices and targeted catch-up provision.

You will use data to identify pupils at risk, lead evidence-based strategies to raise standards and deliver high-impact intervention, including small-group work and after-school support.

Qualifications

• Ambitious and highly effective teacher with leadership capabilities.
• Strong ability to use data to identify and raise pupil outcomes.
• Experience leading curriculum design and assessment practices.

Responsibilities

• Improve curriculum implementation and ensure high-standard delivery.
• Lead effective assessment practice and targeted catch-up provision.
