The Astley Cooper School in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Lead Practitioner for Behaviour and Attendance to drive high standards and ensure every student has the chance to attend, participate and succeed.

You will work with SLT, pastoral teams and families to develop consistent approaches, monitor attendance, reduce persistent absence and model excellent behaviour. We offer a supportive CPD-focused environment.

Competenze

• Qualified teacher with leadership experience in behaviour and attendance.
• Ability to monitor attendance data and implement interventions.
• Proven track record of improving student outcomes through behaviour strategies.
