Job summary

Turning Point Scotland is seeking a Lead Practitioner for the West Dunbartonshire Assertive Intensive Outreach Service. The role is part-time (27 hours per week) based in West Dunbartonshire, with a salary of £27,575–£30,820 pro-rata.

The post is permanent and requires IT skills, with SSSC registration within 6 months of starting. As a Lead Practitioner you will support individuals with complex needs, providing practical and emotional help and promoting engagement with community services,

Qualifications

  • IT skills are required for all vacancies.
  • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
  • SSSC registration within 6 months of start date is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide practical and emotional support to individuals with substance use issues in the Assertive Outreach setting.
  • Conduct assertive outreach and intensive case management to engage service users.
  • Support personal outcomes in daily life, including safety, activities, health, relationships and wellbeing.
