Kingswood Surgery in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to lead and inspire our nursing team. You will provide professional leadership and operational oversight, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality patient care while developing nursing policies and governance.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Nurse with leadership skills to play a key role in shaping and developing our nursing services. Working closely with the management team, you will provide professional leadership and operational oversight of the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality patient care. You will lead on clinical governance, CQC compliance, quality improvement, staff development, and nursing policies, while supporting service innovation and maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice across the surgery.
