Kingswood Surgery in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to lead and inspire our nursing team. You will provide professional leadership and operational oversight, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality patient care while developing nursing policies and governance.

The role includes quality improvement, staff development, and supporting service innovation across the practice, with a focus on infection control, vaccine management, and compliance with regulations.
