Job description

An incredible opportunity to join one of the most forward-thinking Training and Teaching Practice’s in the area, with a set up that’s very much ahead of the curve in primary care. Focused on being progressive and improving ways of working, this high performing practice is exceptionally well run, and is now looking to hire a Lead Practice Nurse to lead their multi-skilled Nursing team.

You can expect a very balanced role, as the Lead Nurse will be focusing on clinical work as well as team leadership/development responsibilities. The surgery will be very flexible when it comes to the hours and working days that you desire. Set in a lovely building with forward-thinking management in place, it’s really not an opportunity to miss!

Salary – £48,750 – £58,500 full time equivalent salary + 5 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave + NHS Pension

Location – Gravesend, Kent

Your role –

• Full-time or Part-Time role (minimum 25 hours)
• Chronic Disease Management
• Management and long-term development of the Nursing team
• All pre-booked, face-to-face appointments
• Own clinical room
• Dedicated admin time
