Lead Practitioner of Geography

A Good graded Secondary School in Southwark is on the hunt for a Lead Practitioner of Geography for September 2025 start. This is a full-time, permanent position, primarily based at one school but supporting with Geography across the other schools within the small, local trust.

What will the role of Lead Practitioner of Geography entail?
  • Raising attainment and quality of learning across KS3-KS4 (KS5 is an additional option)
  • Working alongside a very STRONG Head of Department
  • Leading from the front, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm for Geography

The Head Teacher is keen to find a strong, experienced Geography Teacher who can elevate the school's Geography curriculum and department. You will receive full support from SLT and the freedom to implement necessary changes.
