Lead Practitioner of Geography

A Good graded Secondary School in Southwark is seeking a Lead Practitioner of Geography for a September 2025 start. This is a full-time, permanent position primarily based at one school but supporting Geography across other schools within a small, local trust.

What will the role of Lead Practitioner of Geography entail?

1. Raising attainment and the quality of learning across KS3-KS4 (and KS5 as an additional option)
2. Working alongside a very strong Head of Department
3. Leading from the front with passion and enthusiasm for Geography

The Head Teacher is looking for an experienced Geography Teacher who can elevate the school's Geography curriculum and department. You will receive full support from SLT and the freedom to implement necessary changes.
