Qualifications

• Required degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
• Significant experience in power electronics converter design and packaging for LV/MV systems.
• Strong background in thermal management and mechanical integration.
• Proficiency with design and simulation tools listed above.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electromechanical integration design for power converters and enclosures.
• Specify, design, and document power electronic converter solutions with cooling and mechanical concepts.
• Plan and oversee verification, validation, and compliance activities.
• Perform thermal and structural analyses and supporting simulations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to meet cost and schedule targets.
