Job summary

Triad Group Plc is an award-winning digital, data and solutions consultancy with over 35 years' experience serving the UK public sector. We are seeking an exceptional Lead PMO to establish governance across complex programmes, linking strategy, planning, finance and delivery.

You'll partner with senior stakeholders to provide insight, challenge and assurance, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Extensive PMO leadership across complex transformation programmes.
Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, assurance and stage gates.
Experience shaping delivery methodologies and reporting to senior sponsors.

Responsibilities

Lead the PMO across complex programmes and portfolios with proportionate governance.
Provide portfolio-level insight into progress, milestones, risks, and finances.
Develop integrated plans and roadmaps aligned with priorities.
Run governance boards and prepare concise decision materials.
Manage risks, issues, actions, dependencies and escalation.
Provide assurance to keep delivery aligned with scope, time, budget.
Support budgeting, forecasting and resource planning.
Facilitate communications across teams, suppliers and leadership.
Continuously improve PMO tools and ways of working.
Support commercial governance and procurement activities.
