Job summary

Triad Group Plc is seeking an exceptional Lead PMO to support a government financial transformation programme by establishing and maintaining effective governance across complex portfolios. You’ll connect strategy, planning, financial management, risk, dependencies and delivery performance, providing clear insight to delivery teams and senior stakeholders.

You will run governance forums, develop integrated plans and dashboards, manage risks and issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or improving PMO, programme or portfolio functions across complex transformation or technology environments.
• Ability to develop integrated plans, roadmaps, dashboards and management information while managing portfolio risks and dependencies.
• Confident with senior stakeholders, providing clear insight, constructive challenge and recommendations for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO across complex programmes and portfolios, establishing governance and reporting.
• Provide portfolio-level insight into progress, milestones, risks, finances and delivery performance.
• Develop integrated plans and dashboards aligned with priorities and business objectives.
• Run governance forums and prepare concise materials for senior stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and actions, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
