Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is seeking a Construction Planner Electrical to develop and maintain detailed electrical construction schedules and lookahead plans for a large-scale project at Hinkley Point C, near Bridgwater, Somerset. You will work closely with delivery teams to provide visibility on progress, risks, and milestones, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

Proven planning experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or major project environments.
Experience developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and lookahead plans.
Ability to monitor progress and report against project milestones and deliverables.
Experience producing performance, productivity or progress reporting.
Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and site-based project delivery environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining detailed electrical Level 5 construction schedules.
Preparing and updating four-week lookahead plans aligned to programme milestones.
Integrating engineering, materials, resource, quality and commissioning requirements into schedules.
Monitoring installation progress and providing accurate, evidence-based schedule updates.
Producing planned versus actual performance reports, highlighting productivity trends, risks and constraints.
