Are you an experienced Neurological Physiotherapist ready to take the next step in your clinical leadership career? Join Active Neuro, the specialist neurological division of Active Care Group, as our full-time Lead Physiotherapist at Hothfield Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to lead physiotherapy within a specialist neurological rehabilitation service as it enters its next stage of development. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of the service, delivering technology-enhanced, evidence-based care that helps individuals with complex neurological conditions maximise their recovery and independence across the full rehabilitation pathway, including both inpatient and outpatient services.

About Active Neuro

Active Neuro brings together Active Care Group's specialist neurological rehabilitation services, combining expert clinical practice, advanced rehabilitation technology and a 24-hour therapeutic approach to deliver outstanding outcomes for people with acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and other complex neurological conditions. Our philosophy is simple – rehabilitation doesn't stop when a therapy session ends. Every interaction is an opportunity to maximise recovery. Through collaborative multidisciplinary working, personalised rehabilitation programmes and innovative technology, we help people regain independence and achieve meaningful goals.

Alongside specialist physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, speech and language therapy and nursing, we utilise advanced rehabilitation technologies, including robotic upper limb therapy and EMG biofeedback, to maximise recovery, improve function and help people achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.

The Role

As Lead Physiotherapist, you will combine expert clinical practice with day-to-day leadership of the physiotherapy service. You'll manage a complex neurological caseload while supporting and developing colleagues, driving continuous improvement and helping to embed best practice across the service. Key responsibilities include:

About you:
  • HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with extensive experience in neurological and respiratory rehabilitation.
