Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Service Specialist to join its Pest Elimination team. You will provide pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to commercial customers while protecting brands across restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and food processing plants.

Based in the UK, you will lead a small team, undergo training, manage routes and use Apple technology to document issues, delivering a quality inspection and treatment service that meets safety standards.

Qualifications

RSPH Level 2 qualification required.
Willingness to work out of hours as required by business needs.
Experience in pest detection, elimination and prevention with commercial clients.

Responsibilities

Assist the District Manager with day to day management tasks.
Lead, coach and support team members.
Onboard and train new team members.
Complete quality audits and field accompaniment reviews.
Present at Service Excellence team meetings.
Develop effective relationships with customers and partners to solve pest problems.
Keep up to date with product offerings and industry conditions to enhance service and sales.
Use Apple technology to manage service and document issues.
Deliver a quality inspection and treatment service to exceed expectations.
