Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Service Specialist to join its Pest Elimination team. You will provide pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to a steady base of commercial customers, protecting brands across restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and food processing plants.

Qualifications

• RSPH Level 2 qualification is required.
• Willingness to be on out-of-hours rota as needed.
• Experience in pest management or customer-facing service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist the District Manager with day to day management tasks.
• Lead, coach and support team members.
• Onboard and train new staff.
• Conduct quality audits and field accompaniment reviews.
• Present at Service Excellence team meetings.
• Build effective relationships with customers and partners to solve pest issues.
• Keep up-to-date with product/service offerings and industry conditions.
• Use Apple technology to manage service and document issues.
• Deliver a quality inspection and treatment service to meet customer expectations.
• Provide written evidence of service delivered and maintenance advice.
• Apply pesticides following label instructions and legal requirements.
• Plan efficient routes and achieve 100% state of service.
• Submit reports and paperwork on time.
