Job summary

Ecolab’s Pest Elimination team is seeking a Service Specialist to protect facilities such as restaurants, hotels, hospitals and schools from pests. You will manage a commercial route, deliver timely detections, eliminations and prevention strategies, and uphold brand protection with a focus on safety and customer service.

You will lead and train team members, handle onboarding, audits, and field reviews, and use Apple devices to document issues while building strong relationships with customers

Qualifications

• RSPH Level 2 qualification required.
• Experience with pest detection and elimination for commercial customers.
• Willingness to be on the out-of-hours rota and meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the District Manager with day-to-day tasks.
• Lead, coach and support team members.
• Onboard and train new staff.
• Complete quality audits and field accompaniment reviews.
• Present at Service Excellence meetings.
• Build effective relationships with customers and partners to apply best practices.
